We can lend a name tag temporarily, but your uniform infraction will be noted. If you lost your name tag, you can purchase a replacement for $5.

Only Chick-fil-A issued jackets are allowed. If you are interested in purchasing one, please fill out a uniform request form.

You can wear a Chick-fil-A issued hat that can be purchased. One is provided if you work in the Back of House. You may purchase an additional hat as needed.
